That makes it one of the easiest points to reach without a car: ride the Marmaray under the Bosphorus from the European side and drive away on the Asian side.
If you are staying around Sultanahmet or Sirkeci, the Marmaray takes you under the Bosphorus to Ayrılıkçeşme, next to the mall. Collect the car here and start your trip on the Asian side, towards Sabiha Gökçen (about 35 minutes), Sapanca or the Black Sea coast, without crossing a bridge by car.
