For companies
With corporate car rental we lease the car in your company's name and invoice it with VAT. You drive; maintenance, tracking and replacement cars stay with us.
We provide corporate car rental to companies in Istanbul on terms from 1 to 12 months. Every corporate customer has a dedicated account manager: fill in the form at the bottom of this page and yours will get in touch.
What corporate car rental includes
VAT invoices
Invoices are issued in your company's name with VAT included. Companies registered for e-invoicing receive them electronically.
Dedicated account manager
Every corporate customer has their own contact for quotes, deliveries and car swaps.
Replacement cars
If a car is off the road because of a breakdown, damage or a long service, we provide a replacement so your work carries on.
Free extra drivers
All employees registered with Turkish social security (SGK) can be added as extra drivers at no charge.
Services set in the contract
Periodic maintenance, compulsory traffic insurance, comprehensive cover, roadside assistance and winter tyres are agreed in the contract according to the term and the deal.
Delivered to your office
After signing we bring the car to your office, or you can collect it at any of our 18 points on both sides of Istanbul.
Which term suits you?
Terms can be planned from 1 to 12 months; longer arrangements are considered on request. The longer the term, the lower the monthly amount.
Documents for renting in a company's name
At contract stage we ask for:
- Tax certificate (vergi levhası)
- Authorised signatures list (imza sirküleri)
- Certificate of activity (faaliyet belgesi)
- Trade registry gazette
- ID and driving licence of the authorised person
For a quote, we only need to know how many cars, which term and which class (economy, mid-size, SUV, van). For several cars we prepare company pricing based on quantity, term and class.
Corporate rental or fleet rental?
Corporate car rental means one or a few cars leased in your company's name, invoiced and supported by an account manager. When the number of cars grows and use becomes permanent, the same process turns into fleet rental.
