We have 18 pick-up points on both sides of the city, and with delivery to your address we cover the districts around them. Most door-to-door car rental requests come from the Asian side; on the European side we reach Bahçelievler, Bakırköy and the surrounding area from our Airport AVM point.

Yes. Give us the hotel name and address when you book and we bring the car to the hotel entrance; at the end of the rental we collect it from the same place, or from another address you choose. Within Istanbul, delivery and collection are free on rentals of 3 days or more. If you are visiting from abroad, have your passport with its entry stamp, an international driving licence and a Visa or Mastercard in your own name ready at handover. The contract is signed at the car, so there is no office to find after a long flight. Please note that our cars cannot be taken out of Türkiye. You can collect the car at one of our points and return it at another point in Istanbul; a one-way fee applies and is shown separately on the booking screen. One-way rentals between cities are not available. To extend the rental or change the return address, simply call 0850 305 00 45.
