CAN I LEAVE THE CAR I RENTED IN A DIFFERENT OFFICE?
The rented vehicle can be left at another office for a one-way fee, which is a payment other than the rental price. In case the vehicle is received from one city and returned to another city, the one-way fee stipulated by Otofilorent is applied.
As the pick-up and delivery locations vary; You should discuss the extra service fee for the delivery location with the Otofilorent center.
WHAT ARE THE DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR CUSTOMERS FROM ABROAD?
For our foreign customers coming from abroad, they must have their passport and international driver's license with them during the rental.
Our foreign customers coming from abroad must have an entry stamp in their passports within the last 6 months.
Customers coming from abroad can drive for a maximum of 2 years as of the date of entry into Turkey. Customers who want to drive in our country after 6 months of entering the country are required to carry the translations of their driver's licenses and their driver's licenses, which they have obtained from foreign representative offices or notary public, while driving. After 2 years, it is obligatory to replace the driver's licenses obtained from foreign countries with the driver's licenses belonging to our country.
IS THERE A KILOMETER LIMIT ON VEHICLES?
In daily car rental service, the right to use mileage is limited to 4000 km per contract for 15 days or more rentals, provided that 400 km per day.
In case of excess KM, a fee of 2 TL per KM including VAT is made.

Yes, Winter Tires are charged as 45 TL per day.
Our rental cars are in the passenger car category, and since winter tire application is not mandatory in this category, we provide winter tire service as an additional product, taking into account your safety.
